Crusher of rotor-disk type RDI-2/350

The crusher is intended for crushing of easy-splitted up lumpy materials (fertilizers with humidity up to 10 %, dry clay, pressed straw, polyfoam, etc.).

The crusher can be applied in lines of fine grinding, as the first step of crushing of dimensional pieces of a material.

The initial material is loaded into the bunker of a grinder and under the dead weight moves to the zone of rotors disk rotation.

Pieces of a material having got in grinding chamber are grasped and crushed by disks of rotors due to impact and abrasion.

Crushed material spills through in backlashes between disks and apertures of a lattice in the discharging device.

Disks of rotors self-rectify from a material in the central zone of grinding chamber and zones of installation of reflectors.

Technical characteristics are specified for base models.

Depending on physical properties of a material (hardness, humidity, granulometric size composition of influent and effluent material, etc.) technical characteristics and design features of grinders can vary.

Loading of a grinder is probably possible by means of belt feeders of various updatings depending on the installation site and general configuration of equipment on the grinding area.

The crusher can be established both in and on the open area under a shed. The crusher can be mounted on basic racks, platforms and bases.

Rotor jet mills

Rotor jet mills  is intended for fine grinding of the material with initial humidity no more than 4 %  and temperature of fusion not less 300°С, with getting of the product with the average sizes of particles less than 100 microns.

Principle of operation: the initial product gets through branch pipes of loading located in the center of disks of rotor grinding chamber. Under action of centrifugal forces particles are going to the periphery of disks tentatively being crushed at an impact with rotor blades, accelerate in the jet chamber where there is a process of final crushing of the material. Mills of this type make possible grinding and mixing of materials.

Characteristics are specified for base models.

As well as in other mills of fine grinding with an increase of grinding fineness the production falls and specific energy consumption grows.

Depending on physical properties of a material (hardness, humidity, granulometric size composition of influent and effluent material, etc.) technical specifications of mills can vary.

Loading of the mill can be made by means of feeder PSh - 2/100V or other loading devices with a stream divider depending on the installation site and the general configuration of the equipment on grinding area.

Unloading branch pipe is recommended to be attached to the air line of an input in a cyclone with the bunker. Final clearing of air before emission to the atmosphere is carried out by means of the dust collector and bag filter.
