Multistaged impact mill MC-700

The multistage mill is intended for fine grinding of the material with initial humidity no more than 4 % and temperature of fusion not less 300°С, with getting of the product with the average sizes of particles less than 140 microns.

Principle of operation: the initial material gets to the mill where from impact about rotor blades and baffle plates of reservations it is crushed and with a stream of air is born through the branch pipe. Availability of powerful centrifugal forces does not allow a stream of air to deduce large particles from a mill; instead they stay there so much time when they are collapse and reach the sizes less than set.

Even without internal separation in the given mill the high griding degree is reached at small specific energy consumption. Higher technical and economic parameters have mills with internal separation of crushed particles. In similar machines the branch pipe is displaced to the center that complicates carrying out of particles by the stream of air. In result the material stays in the mill longer and is crushed thinner but productivity of a mill considerably falls

As well as in other mills of fine grinding with an increase of grinding fineness the production falls and specific energy consumption grows.

Depending on physical properties of a material (hardness, humidity, granulometric size composition of influent and effluent material, etc.) technical specifications of mills can vary.

Loading of the mill can be made by means of feeders of various updatings depending on an installation site and the general configuration of the equipment on grinding area.

Unloading branch pipe is recommended to be attached to the air line of an input in a cyclone with the bunker. Final clearing of air before emission to the atmosphere is carried out by means of the dust collector and bag filter.
