Hammer grinders

Hammer grinders are intended for crushing mineral and technological raw material with average hardness up to 7 units as per Mohs scale and temperature of fusion not less than 250°С, with humidity up to 8 % at which there is no sealing of grid-iron lattices..Grinders can be installed both indoors and on the open area under a shed.

Raw material continuously moves through the loading hopper. Crushing occurs due to impact of raw material about hammers, baffle plates of reservations and grid-iron lattices. The ready product spills through apertures in a lattice.

Grinders perfectly have recommended themselves in production of building materials, ceramics, asphalt filler and concrete as well as in crushing glass, rubble, chalk stone (waterless), dolomite, chamotte, waterless metals salts.

As well as in other grinders productivity falls with increase in a degree of crushing and the specific power consumption grows.

Depending on physical properties of a material (hardness, humidity, granulometric size composition of influent and effluent material, etc.), technical characteristics and design features of grinders can vary.

Combined impact mills

The combined mills are intended for crushing of a material with hardness up to 5 units as per Mohs scale, humidity up to 4 % and temperature of fusion not less 300°С, with getting of the product with the average sizes of particles less than 1 mm.

Operating principle for MPS-M and MPS-К1: the material is crushed from impact about beats of the first stage, rotor blades of the second stage and baffle plates of reservations. In the chamber of the first stage occurs large and in the second one occurs smaller crushing. The material is born from a mill by the stream of air created by rotor blades of the second stage through the outlet fitting.

The mill МCV-3 has three stages of crushing with a design of separate chambers connected consistently. Special set of elements of a rotor, change of sections of transitions between chambers; ways of the unloading as well as variants of high-speed modes give a wide range of variable characteristics of the mill. It allows receiving a wide range of granulometric size composition of finished product: from -300 microns up to -3 mm.

As well as in other mills of fine grinding with an increase of grinding fineness the production falls and specific energy consumption grows. Depending on physical properties of a material (hardness, humidity, granulometric size composition of influent and effluent material, etc.) technical specifications of mills can vary.

Unloading branch pipe is recommended to be attached to the air line of an input in a cyclone with the bunker. Final clearing of air before emission to the atmosphere is carried out by means of the dust collector and the bag filter.
