The crusher is intended for crushing easily splitted up soft and average hardness of materials.
The crusher can be applied in lines of fine grinding, as the first step of crushing of dimensional pieces of a material.
The material placing in the bunker under the dead weight gets on toothed rolls that during rotation crush the basic piece of a material.
The crushed material spills through the axial and radial backlashes between rolls of a grinder.

Technical characteristics are specified for base models.
Depending on physical properties of a material (hardness, humidity, granulometric size composition of influent and effluent material, etc.) technical characteristics and design features of grinders can vary.
Loading of a grinder is probably possible by means of belt feeders of various updatings depending on the installation site and general configuration of equipment on the grinding area.
The crusher can be established both in and on the open area under a shed. The crusher can be mounted on basic racks, platforms and bases.
