Dust collectors are intended for clearing technological and exhaust gases (streams) and also ventilating emissions from small dispersing dust. In a basis of work processes of centrifugal inertial separation that allows increase the collection efficiency due to decrease in secondary ablation of a dust lay, providing safety of fine dispersing fractions of products in the dry way.
The given way consists in the following:
1. Dusty gas through the entrance branch pipe gets to the whirl device.
2. The separation dust particles in the twirled stream under action of centrifugal forces takes place in the space between the screen and the case.
3. The cleared gas is deduced through a branch pipe. The separated dust by gravity falls to the bottom part of the case and then gathers in the bunker.

Operational characteristics
Simplicity and reliability of constructions specified in technical decisions allows using in the most effective way in production and recycling of construction materials.
Examinations on our production areas gave unique results allowing to draw following conclusions.
The analysis of air flows departing from process equipment has shown that an average dust content at using of the device in comparison with cyclones of NIIOGAZ:
- at 5-6 microns in 3,5 times below, that make 20 % against 70 %;
- at 12 microns in 2,6 times below, that make 35 % against 90 % ;
- at 18 microns in 1,6 times below, that make 58 % against 96 % ;

Conducted industrial examinations (in conditions of the site) of our device established as the second stage on clearing of airflows of a line on the grinding of sandy mixtures and at execution of technological examinations on increase of cement mark due to crushing up to fraction of 5-6 microns have shown that secondary ablation of a dust in comparison with existing system of dust cleaning (cyclone CN-15) has decreased in 3,5 times and the general degree of clearing makes up 98,5 %.
