Дезинтеграция в дезинтеграторх

Desintegrators are used to grind granular fireproof materials having initial humidity up to 3%, hardness up to 7 units according Moos scale and maximum feed size up to 12mm.

Material is evenly fed through loading opening into the  grinding chamber of the desintegrator.  Under centrifugal forces created in the chamber by rotating rotors, material speeds up, rolls around and impacts on rotating elements of rotors, for that reason material is ground. Rotors rotate towards each other.

Milled material is carried out by air flow through the  offloading channel. Desintegrators are mounted on foundations and indoors.
