Double-roll grinder with corrugated and toothed rolls is intended for average crushing of fragile materials (waste of glass, ceramics) as well as materials of low and average strength (up to 600 kgf /m²).
The material is drawing in by rotating rolls and crushing due to compression and partially abrasion.
Single-stage compression in working space of the grinder causes a small output of the overground material.
Grinder has a belt-reduction drive.
One of the positive characteristics of the grinder is the low specific charge of electric power as well as reliability and simplicity of operation.
The grinder can be installed above the belt conveyer with belt width 650-800 mm.

Depending on physical properties of a material (hardness, humidity, granulometric size composition of influent and effluent material, etc.) technical characteristics and design features of grinders can vary.
Loading of the grinder can be made by means of feeders of various updatings depending on installation site and general configuration of equipment on the grinding area.
The crusher can be installed both in and on the open area under a shed. The crusher can be mounted on basic racks, platforms and bases.
